Hi Guys,

We finished our Medicals last Saturday, 7 Mar and the results were submitted online last Thu, 12 Mar. We're now waiting for the third line to appear in our ecas.

Meanwhile, we are waiting for our PCC in SG due for release by this friday, 20 Mar so we can submit all the rest of the documents together with our passports.

Question to the Seniors:
1. How did you send your passports, demand draft & PCC to SGVO - was it via courier or can we go to the visa office to personally submit them?
2. We just renewed our passports, do we still submit the old passport that was mentioned in the form when we applied last year?
3. How will the passports be returned to us, do we need to provide self-addressed envelope with stamps or you used a courier for this or SGVO will handle the delivery themselves?

Just want to share that I have received my MR yesterday on 17th March together with PCC and RPRF. Please see my timeline on the left.

Please send CSE if you have doubt that you missed the communication from the VO and nicely mention that you are worried you might have missed the email for any request.

Have been away for a couple of day, I just checked today and I have received Medical ,PCC, RPRF request on the 16th of March . They gave me 30 days time for submission. Need to get UAE PCC done quickly. Anyone who has applied for UAE PCC recently?

By post! Did you not specify an email address at the time you lodged your application to CIC? Why would they take the slow approach of sending you an important correspondence by post which is often not reliable?

mcgyver bhai, im also preparing for GCMS. can you please suggest me what should i mention in the segment of type of file (electronic/ physical)? it states that in electronic file one will get those info which are updated in the system. Thus my understanding says that i should go for physical file inquiry. am i right?

Yes I did, not sure why they chose this mode :'(

No! It must be the Electronic File option. If you select the Physical File option, they will take your whole application bundle and scan the pages and send you the scanned pages - which you do not want. We always, always, choose the Electronic File option.

We are on the same boat. Don't know what to say or what to do? It is very unfortunate. It seems that if we applied later would have gone through the process. Let us pray for each other. Almighty must have written good news for us too.

Now August and September Applicants are receiving & expecting to receive MR & RPRF. What happened with May, June, July applicants then? SGVO come on man, which time frame or order are you really following?

For security/background check or other no verification or knock yet, so what they are really doing with our files???
