Dear members who applied for GCMS, is it compulsory to include canadian relative or friend? can I do it all by myself?

Actually, I am kind of tensed because the brother who helped us to apply for FSWP got rejected. He was a 2012 applicant he applied for GCMS last June there was nothing much, then again he applied for GCMS, he found out he got rejected because last year they sent him a mail(?) asking for further evidence regarding his job. But he didn't get any such email or hard copy. in GCMS everything is given but only the mode of communication of this mail is not given. as he was not aware of such mail, the VO took decision based on what they interpreted.( the VO changed his NOC to a different one and said his duties doesn't match with the NOC). The Decision was made just a week before he applies for GCMS.
So, I don't want to risk it. What if they sent any other query by post like my previous one, and I missed it.
Praying for all brother.

As we all know, a similar situation (not similar outcome) happened to Ashif bhai and he was lucky enough to find out by obtaining GCMS notes that he missed (or, SGVO failed to properly send) an email. I thought that was a very exceptional case. But after reading the rejection case written by you, it seems that occasionally their emails get missed by applicants and applicants get penalized. I am having a grim feeling and I don't like it.

By post! Did you not specify an email address at the time you lodged your application to CIC? Why would they take the slow approach of sending you an important correspondence by post which is often not reliable?

Now August and September Applicants are receiving & expecting to receive MR & RPRF. What happened with May, June, July applicants then? SGVO come on man, which time frame or order are you really following?

For security/background check or other no verification or knock yet, so what they are really doing with our files???

Go for 3rd party GCMS Notes service provider as I do. No relative or friend need for this process. Its will cost ~$30. In 1 month time frame (exactly I received after 1 month).
