In case of "30-day Procedural Fairness on Work Experience" in updated reference letter should my supervisor write "We reviewed the National Occupation Classification (NOC) ... and he is fully suitable for the code he applied for." ?

I dont think it should be written....

Coz this may increase the doubt that u have taken letter with a personal relationship.....

So better to avoid...

It seems I have reached the final stage of my patience. Oct 28 2nd line update, but no movement after that like Virus bhai and others. Now I would like to raise a GCMS. My question to seniors is that if I apply through my friend in Canada how can I send him the "Consent for an Access to Information and Personal Information Request form (IMM 5744)" form. Scanned copy or what? He shall do it on my behalf. So please advise what is the procedure for GCMS if I apply through any Canadian citizen?

You can give SCANNED copy of authorization letter to your friend.

Your friend need to upload that authorization letter while submitting the GCMS note application

You can give SCANNED copy of authorization letter to your friend.

Its already been more than 3weeks (I can't recall exact time) that you had visitor at your office...so why still no update bhai...I wish I could tell the case processing officer "please process all these files (at least with 2nd line) before the Lunar New Year Festival"...
