Maybe--
1. Appointment letters
2. Promotion letters / letters of commendation
3. Paystubs
4. Actual salary deposited by virtue of certified copies of bank statement for several months (if possible, from the beginning of employment)
5. An updated reference letter from HR (w/o revealing the intent of the request to HR)
6. A cover letter talking about how you joined this company, what you do and how you spend your day
7. A picture of your office building, the name of your company on the building
8. A selfie of you sitting at your office desk with some company memorablia in the background
etc.
You should mail all of these evidences to the visa officer. If there is a rejection of your application, you can file an appeal - for that folks normally recommend to hire a lawyer.
