Hi Ashif,

Thanks for your advice.

Hi all,
i have an inquiry about proof of my relative (uncle) in Canada which seek your help to advise further if possible.

1. My father and my uncle are brothers. my father's birth certificate was lost so can I submit another proof of evidence to proof their relation? Or it is a must to prove it by birth certificate.
2. Are proof of status (i.e. confirmation of permanent residence…) and proof of residency (lease agreements, notice of assessment, employer’s letter, monthly bills….) required to be certified in Canada?
Thanks.

Alhamdulillah......Just received AOR mail from SGVO.

Application Received: 30th June, 2014.

PER: 24th October, 2014.

AOR: 27th November, 2014.

May Allah bless us all.

1- Any document that shows that both are brothers ... it will be good if it is official document not self written. In rare case you can also attach affidavit (not recommended)
2- No need to certify ... copies are sufficient.
