Brother,

SG usually dont update ECAS to decision made before PPR/ PPR stamping....:)

AOR is just a confirmation from the local VO that your application has been received.

I am sorry to correct you but they actually do. My friend just got an update to decision made in her ECAS before receiving a passport request. It was a matter of week from the ECAS update to receiving the passport request e-mail though.

So that means case officers are now changing ECAS earlier...:)

can you please help me by answering below:

1. I have a child of 1.6 years old. Should I pay any RPRF fee for him? or only 490*2=980 (for me and my spouse) is enough?
2. Is it true with RPRF DD I have to send full passport photocopy of all applicant?
