I have received lots to valuable info and help from this forum so am sharing my experience for your reference.
I submitted my application in July 2014 and in March, I was asked to submit more documents /evidence to support my working experience. I submit new reference letters from my previous employers. and then two weeks ago, I found my SLU, then last week, four lines.
Yesterday I received Medical Examination request.
I hope my news will ensure those who are uncertain about their process.

Medical request depends on whether your file assessment is completed or not.

11/07/2015: ME done on that day

Please let me know the photo specification for Medical Request test form .
Is it the same other canada photo specification as 3.5 cm X 4.5 cm or any other size.

They also said "I would like to provide you with the opportunity to respond to this information. You will have 30 days from the date of this communication to submit additional information in this regard. Please respond using the email address at the top of this letter and clearly indicate your file number for all correspondence."

I am worried after got this. What i have to do?? Please help me. I also want suggestion and direction step by step from 'ECHE' as you have experience such situation.

How about your ecas, how many lines are there? As i also have send additional doc in march'15, but still two line, SLU updated in jan'15. No line added after that.

The other day I said that site verification is far better than fairness letters sent from 500 miles away.

God knows when Canadian High Commission in Bangladesh will take up the verification responsibilities.

My noc is based on a past employment, there wont be much to do for me if I receive a letter. I already submitted copies of appointment letter, reference letter,attested paystubs, tax documents, visiting cards and everything. I don't think the past employer will issue me any new documents.

THIS IS REALLY RIDICULOUS THAT VISA CENTER HAS LEFT NO FORMAT OR THEY HAVE COLLECTED FROM THEIR OLD CLIENTS AND MADE THE DOCUMENTS AS PER THAT.
