The visa officer does not want clever answers.

So in your response email, tell the truth stupidly and humbly.

Tell them that the past employer followed the present employers reference.

But, provide strong argument supporting that you performed the duties mentioned in the reference letter. Provide specific and clear references to related projects, assignments, and people.

I hope you can easily convince the visa officer.

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada as a member of the Federal Skilled Worker Class.

Your application and all of the documents you submitted in support of it have been reviewed and it appears that you may not meet the requirements for immigration to Canada.


Subsection 11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) provides that a foreign national must, before entering Canada, apply to an officer for a visa or any other document required by the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. I have concerns that you have not fulfilled the requirement put upon you by subsection 16(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act which states:

Please respond using the email address at the top of this letter and clearly indicate your file number for all correspondence.

If you do not respond to this request within 30 days, your application will be assessed based on the information currently on file and may result in the refusal of your application.

For the job verification, i can provide all the documents. For my previous employer, i can provide appointment letter, & release letter.

And, for my present job, i can provide appointment letter, my job description, ID card copy & salary slip.

Will that be okay? As per the mail, they have instructed me to communicate through the email. Am i right?

For job verification, i am confident that i can provide all the documents.

How can i convince them?? I just used internet help. Need to mention , my previous employee HR, saw my current employer job description letter while making it.

Need expert's opinion urgently please.I am really worried. Please help me.

Desertfox was correct. We are submitting passport at same visa office and processes are identical.

Thanks for your response Desert_Fox. Do i have to again issue my description/salary letter? Will it be wise to attach My boss,my self and HR Visiting card? I already submit my increment letter,appointment letter etc. Do i have to write details projects reference to related projects or i have to prove it?

Can you please give idea about strong argument?

Usually it takes up to a month for you to get your PP back.

My ecas is showing decision made since June, and all dates in 4 lines are wrong. I am an express entry(PNP) applicant

Congrats. Since your EE applicant, can you share how much time does it take after getting the invitation to MR. Is it less than six month?

Respected All, hope you all are well.
Having no update from SGVO I kept my engagement with this forum limited only to reading your input. However, I got SLU on 06 August.
I am worried of seeing that many applicants are getting 30 days procedural fairness letter. I do not know when this letter will knock my inbox .

I need your expert opinion on the below issue:
I have been promoted in my organization from February 2015, my employer issued the promotion letter on May 15 saying that i have been promoted with effect from Feb 15.

I am suspecting that SGVO may send me that 30 days procedural fairness letter/or may send someone to my workplace for job verification. In case of taking any of these options, my present designation may be questionable to them as at the time applying my designation was one step lower than what I am right now. So, to lessen possible future difficulties should I now make a CSE to SGVO mentioning my promotion. FYI, still my noc code is same as previous.

I do appreciate your kind prompt response on the above issue.

I had completed my medical around 4th week of March 2015. Generally Express Entry applicant submits medical report during online application submission and never received MR in a separate email.
