U can choose both on BD Standard Chartered Bank:

Bank Draft/payment instructions:

1. If you are paying in Canadian dollars, the bank draft should be addressed to the: Receiver General for Canada.

2. If you are paying in Singapore dollars, the bank draft should be made payable to the: High Commission of Canada.

But max of the applicants are doing the first one....

It will be "RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" & it has to be DD of SCB as SGVO only accepts SCB DD for Bangladesh.

I am a 2014 SGVO applicant. Just wanted an update from the seniors, I was going through the file for 2013 applicant and looks like most are waiting for the passports to be returned with the stamp.

Is it right to conclude that other than the two NOC (2263, 3211), all 2013 SGVO applications are being processed and would hopefully receive their passports with the stamp soon.

If this is correct then SGVO will soon be working completely on the 2014 applications. Lets all pray hard.

I got my 2nd line on 28th Oct. Some of us got 2nd line as early as 20th Oct but not received MR yet. It seems SGVO is busy with 2013 applicants. Lets hope our turns come soon.
