Any Sonali bank branch. And you can do it(If you want) from the Mogbazar branch which is near to DMP HQ. I did from there and i did after the lunch time to avoid serials. And it worked. Very few people were there at that time.

one of June 5 applicant yesterday got MR+RPRF+PPR request as per global sheet from SGVO. name of user is VD1111. and noc code is 1111. s/he got his AOR 12 Nov. is it authenticate data? my NOC is also 1111. I received AOR from SGVO November 3. little bit worried now.

OMG ! though unbelievable, need not not to be worried. This can a special case for SGVO.

Perhaps this guy has university admission where class will begin soon. if someone can prove that his/her class is going to start soon then VISA office will process the case on priority.
or for similar other reason visa office may provide quick service.

Another chance is that this person is a Singaporean and so all other processing were very easy for SGVO.
