Brother,
Do we need to pay the RPRF in Canadian Dollar or Singapore Dollar? and what sort of papers are required to get the Bank Draft from Standard Chartered Bank?
Hi brother, please check here: http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/visas/fees-frais.aspx?lang=eng
Bank Draft/payment instructions:
If you are paying in Canadian dollars, the bank draft should be addressed to the: Receiver General for Canada.
If you are paying in Singapore dollars, the bank draft should be made payable to the: High Commission of Canada.
Print your name on the back of the bank draft.
Your payment must accompany your application.
FOR BANGLADESH: Standard Chartered Bank is the only bank in Bangladesh from which we accept bank drafts
Please ensure that the bank does not forward your bank draft to the Visa Section.
If your application is received at this office without the correct processing fee attached, it will be returned to you.
About your second question I think other seniors will help you as I am not a BD people
. Good luck to you.
