Just now, i contacted them again. Same reply. They clearly saying they don't have access to trace it and asked me to email CIC. Too much confusion !! Actually, CC charged for my application. But, haven't receive PER email. Almost 2 weeks over and worried about it.

But, initially asked me type of application. Once i informed FSW, then she says they don't have access. What app type you have mentioned ?
