If there is no change in point you are claiming for work experience then the officer wont reject your file

Hi ,

Can anybody please explain to me that how can we send the corrections made in the form without the UCI NO. ? I have wrongly mentioned incorrect month in the work experience start date although my documents are correct.Please guide me , as right now I am waiting for the PER mail to send the corrected page of the form with reference to my UCI no, which I will get in the PER mail . ??? ??? ??? ??? :-[ :-[

If the VISA was issued against the re-appeal, logically it was not eventually declined and therefore you should be fine.

If the VISA was issues on a newly submitted application, after the first application was rejected, then your VISA was initially declined and then re-issued based upon your second application.

Either-way, a cover letter with an explanation could have helped. If its not too late, you can send one as an additional document.

Just i came to know that my husband missed one ( Visa refusal ) in background verification form.

What i can do now? Totally confused. :'(

PLEASE DON'T BE CONFUSED, YOU CAN SEE A POLITE MAIL TO YOUR VO INFORMING THEM OF THE VISA REFUSAL AND THAT IT WAS NOT OMITTED INTENSIONALLY. REGARDS

Relax,this is never a big issue please.
Raise a case specific enquiry,explaining the details and do let them
know it was an error and it was not intention.Act now before your
MR please.

First thing is this is not a critical issue as you already have the PER. Therefore - CIC has not considered this as a misrepresentation of facts (atleast not yet).

Secondly, any revisions or updates on any form "has" to go through in the form of an updated 'physical copy' of the same form itself.

Now that you have received PER, you cannot send anything to Nova Scotia.

Therefore - you have to wait until MR/RPRF request to send additional documents.

You could however, use your UCI# and courier the updated form to the Delhi VISA Office directly. The reason I say this is because MR comes after your background check is successful (mostly) and historical VISA rejections are a part of that.

Hi All,
I have applied for FSW 2014 which they received on October 1st as per DHL. Now the mistake I did is that I have used 2013-08 Schedule 3 Economic Class form while CIC had updated the form on 2014-08. Will it effect my application in any way? I have applied under NOC 1212, visa office is London and I have checked both the forms there are big changes other than that they removed less than 1 year option from Your Work Experience option. I am just worried if it will cause my application to get rejected. Already 3 months and still no news from CIC. Please guide if I can do anything from my end to avoid rejection..pls..pls. Thanks

If your reference letter mentions "Full Time Employee" then you are fine. You do not need to resend an updated Letter of Experience.

CIC will only mail it back to the address you have specified. There is nothing they can do about it. You need to inform someone at your previous address to notify you (if possible).

Your DD will not be en-cashed if your app is rejected due to CAP.
