It will work if you have submitted a copy of your employment contract.Pgupta87 said:Yes it does mentions FULL TIME EMPLOYEE but it's on my appointment letter ..!!!! So would it work ?????

Be advised your application was returned due to ineligible NOC. A letter of explanation was provided along with the application package.
We do not keep detailed records of each application returned so I am unable to provide more case specific details.

Hi my job letters do not mention the number of working hours /week but my job contract mentions that I was a full time employee with my company. IS that sufficient or has any one received a rejection for this specific reason????BeckyDavis said:thanks!

That's very sad news indeed. I'd suggest you to wait for the explanation letter to arrive to clear about the exact reason. 5125 isn't a ineligible NOC. There must went something seriously wrong. Just wait for the returned application. By the way, did you write your Noc code wrongly in generic form? I am wondering why they did returned. Anyway, be patient, everything happens for a good reason.Bahramzp said:Guys pls Help Sad
