As per CIC, my file is transfer to Warsaw on last 4 March....when I will get AOR or MR?Huh Shocked Shocked Shocked

I just received a mail from CIC and they informed me that my file has been transferred to Colombo office...
I am 2 dec applicant and receive per on 18 feb...
please advise when will i receive AOR or i will receive MR mail directly...
Also there is special thread for those whose fill transferred to colombo visa office... can anybody share link to that thread

I am so happy to announce that today I have received MY GOLDEN MAIL - PER! 8)

The most important thing that I have to mention is that I have paid 2 days ago for a dupplicate of my wes report and the reason isn't that I have not mention FSWP on the initial application but just to remind CIC or to give them access to the online evaluation file. Indeed me and some other fellows from the forum acted this way and we really didn't know how this happen, but IT DOES!!! So if you are waiting for a long time for your PER, please don't hesitate to pay 33.9$ for online dupplicate, it gives you a big chance to receive tha golden mail!

Hi all, any applicants from end of November who got their file transferred to Ottawa after a PER and heard from them since (things like AOR, MR...)? I know there is a thread for Ottawa office but none of the people on there are November applicants. So it would be nice to know

We have the same timeline and i know how it feels wait for MR but CPC-Ottawa doesn't send AOR. You're gonna wait for MR.
I believe that we'll receive MR in 1 more month.
Was your 2nd line on ECAS updated?

I called up CIC, they confirmed about file being transferred to Ottawa.
Same would have been case with you since we have same timeline

Yea my file is in Ottawa according to the call center agent. As for my ECAS, it says application received nothing else and no updates. I received my PER on Feb 10 so if your estimate is correct maybe i will get my MR soon. Oh god if this happens I might cry lol

I have sent my application for PR to Canada on 25th Oct 14 , Application received on 3rd Nov 14.

Till date no email communication from CIO.

Occupation Code : 2132.

I have made Demand Draft on 15th October 2014 it has validity of six months so anyhow by 15th April 2015 it can't be encashed.

Also i have checked with my bank they said DD has not been encashed yet.

I have sent an email to CIO regarding the same , they will reply by 35 days.

Please suggest the way forward.

Try to call CIC and get your UCI number. CIO is replying after 60 days.

I suggest you try to obtain a link to a CC where someone who you trust will give you the number of their CC so that whenever they charge the money to it, it will go through. If CIC tries to cash your bank draft and fail, it might cause you a lot of problems. that's my two cents

I sent my application (NOC2133) on 15 Nov 2014 and the tracking shows received at Sydney office on 20 Nov 2014, no response yet. Please is it normal, I am checking my emails on regular basis and also my postal box, what should I do to know about status?

Just got off call from CIC call center agent and I was notified that my Visa Office is OTTAWA. I am currently in the United States and he said that my PER is sort of AOR and that the processing has begun.

Is that normal Folks ? What is my next step ? MR ? MY PER date was Feb 2nd.

Try contacting CIO the 8 weeks time period has passed http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/offices/canada/sydney.asp

Or you can call CIC call center and ask the agent to tell you where the file is. If your file got transferred somewhere then it should be a positive sign that you got PER just hasn't been sent out

Same with me i called CIC to find out where did my file go. It is in Ottawa as well I live in Canada. I think the next step is MR and Police certificate (FBI certificate). Just give them a little more time, if you look at the time line of the people who heard back most of them submitted their applications in October so I am expecting to wait a few more weeks for them to get to November applications
