question for you seniors that have gone through most of the stages or just have knowledge of this process.

I have 2 children below age of 2 years as part of my application. Would they also require a Medical or would it just be the adults?

Also how long is a Medical valid for?

I have applied in Category 2171 from India applied on 10/10/20114, Till now no communication from any one.

Do any one have any idea whether the cap is filled? or any one applied after the said date under 2171 got AOR?

Pls advise... Seniors ur inputs pls...

Hi Guyz ,

Anyone please guide me how to get the US PCC from India , i heard that its going to take more than 14 weeks , kindly advice .

I got my PER on 5th Feb , so am not sure how to go ahead to get the PCC quickly .

Hi,

For fbi pcc you need to get your fingerprints taken by any fingerprints expert and need to send it along with photocopy of your passport( first two n last two pages) along with your dependents fingerprints and passport photocopy along with credit card details to FBI virginia office.

Does AOR always follow PER or does it sometimes go straight to MR?

London office dont send AOR u will directly receive meds and pcc request

Not advisable. Wait for their instruction as to what they require from u for the newborn addition

As far I know, NOC 1123 was not capped out. I had monitored their website as long as they provided the cap information till December 14/15.... It was shown 485 received/accepted and 350 are under process or under verification.

i called up CIC and got to know about file being transferred to VO.
No AOR recieved though.

I m related to 1123, Application reached by Nov 15, 2014

As per CIC newsletter email of mid november 2014 dated november 14, 2014, only 3 nocs were capped out I.e. 1112,2173,2174

So, its clear that the applications that reached there by mid november are most probably safe.

Rest if we go by applications chart of cic that was around 800 by mid December 2014 ,including both the pending onez under processing and completed ones.

Anyone with more clarity, kindly revert.
