Are you in new delhi ? and has your application reached on 15th Nov or 20th Nov...

Let me clear the confusion..
I sent (couriered) application on 15/11/2014, reached Nova Scotia Office on 20 or 21/11/2014.

Do not worry. Your card will be charged soon. Lets hope for the best.

Rather than Checking online, Call them and ask your total available balance and any pending transactions which is about to be posted. Because it will take 3 days atleast to appear in the statement. But they will immediately block the transaction amount against your card limit.

Hi Ds12,

i got information from my consultancy that oct 2014 applicants for 2172 from india are getting charged now. Also,my canadian friend told me tat after applying from canada it takes abt 12 weeks fr the cic to reply and for india it takes much longer.So, i guess we need to wait bit longer.Mayb till jan end or feb month.

It seems charging stopped, no news is coming for any kinda charge (CC or DD), hope it is creating another wave of fresh charging era of November applicants.

They are immigration consultants in Mumbai...they told me that one of their client's 2172 application CC/DD got charged and they have filed their application 1 month prior to mine i.e. Oct 2014.

Don't believe every word what your consultants tels you.

Now a-days there exists few or none consultants who work honestly.

I applied for NOC 3012 on November 24, which got capped and than I sent another application for NOC 3011 which reached December 22. I am expecting that my initial file will get returned. Any budy have an idea that when should I expect return of my initial file?

They are immigration consultants in Mumbai...they told me that one of their client's 2172 application CC/DD got charged and they have filed their application 1 month prior to mine i.e. Oct 2014.

when did they confirm this...also was the mode CC or DD as DD takes more time..
