Hello Everyone,

My ECAS status is "In Progress", what does that mean? File is still with CIC in Canada or its with NVDO?

PER is on its way, file is still with CIC only and you will be intimated once your file is transfered to NDVO, But OCT,NOV and DEC applications are being moved to POland or Srilanka

PER is on its way, file is still with CIC only and you will be intimated once your file is transfered to NDVO, But OCT,NOV and DEC applications are being moved to POland or Srilanka

Still with CIC, as i said earlier you will getting AOR mail if your file is transferred to any Visa Office. Hope this helps

Still with CIC, as i said earlier you will getting AOR mail if your file is transferred to any Visa Office. Hope this helps

My file signed on Nov., 17th. When other 5125 whose package signed later than mine received Per, I was freaking worried, just like some of other friends feel here.
I did finally receive my per on Feb, 11th. Yesterday I checked the online status with my UCI, it shows by CIC that "we received your application on Nov 19th.. It explians a lot why i received per much later than I anticipated. I asked around, theirs were the same as their UPS signed. So I guess CIC count the date by the time they open our files, sometimes when they got busy, probably they won' t open it immediately at the time your package signed.
I know it has been an extremely anxious process during the waiting period, and sometimes even one or two business days do count that matter..

- I can confirm that our files are not assessed based on job title because my job title is not even in the list of example titles provided in the hrsdc website. They are basing it on the main duties and lead statement.
- my Job description only contains 6 bullet points but very detailed info in each description.

Relax bro, you don`t need to activate ISD, If you have internet access on mobile try downloading Goggle Hangout Dailer which is free software and call from Hangout Dailer, Most of calls to US and Canada are free, I have called CIC 2 time in 30 minutes through this software,

I called CIC and gave my information name and DOB , but she said she does not have any information with the given details.

She mailed me the website for sydney, Nova scotia to check for the documents.

Im nov 24 applicant under NOC 2281. sent it via fedex and received the confirmation from them as well.
