Have u got charged? I don't know what the *censored word* is wrong with our 1212 despite being charged for weeks before no PER.

Yes my DD got charged on Jan 08, 2015...no PER after that. Even people with charge date after 15 Jan, 2015 are getting PERs. NOC 1212 is slowest of all :

same is the case with me bro. dd charged on jan 14 but no per. can you please let me know about your noc and application date. or you can pm me your number so that we can chat on whats app.

My file signed on Nov., 17th. When other 5125 whose package signed later than mine received Per, I was freaking worried, just like some of other friends feel here.
I did finally receive my per on Feb, 11th. Yesterday I checked the online status with my UCI, it shows by CIC that "we received your application on Nov 19th.. It explians a lot why i received per much later than I anticipated. I asked around, theirs were the same as their UPS signed. So I guess CIC count the date by the time they open our files, sometimes when they got busy, probably they won' t open it immediately at the time your package signed.
I know it has been an extremely anxious process during the waiting period, and sometimes even one or two business days do count that matter..

Hi Dreamland you are not alone, I am Nov 7th applicant, CC charge 9th jan,2015 but no PER yet. I think every application is unique. I assume since im claiming poing from me relative in canada, they will need to verify this before issuing PER. But i got my UCI number few days ago and when i check status online it reads in process

I could see many of you calling CIC on the ISD numbers outside of India. I do not have ISD facility available on my phone so cannot call any number until ISD is activated (It will take 5 working days )

Can you suggest an alternate method that anyone of you might have used to call CIO/CIC ?

A free method will be even more appriciated

HI Amardeep,

Relax bro, you don`t need to activate ISD, If you have internet access on mobile try downloading Goggle Hangout Dailer which is free software and call from Hangout Dailer, Most of calls to US and Canada are free, I have called CIC 2 time in 30 minutes through this software,
