Hello to all, anyone here who applied NOC 1212..., have you received per already?

I am new to this forum.

My renewed application was received on November 13, 2014, an NOC 1111 applicant.

My previous application, received in June 2014 was returned due to my BC and ECA credentials that wasn't done before owing to my understanding of canadian qualification.

I am from Pakistan and a Canadian degree holder. I paid through bank draft, so can't check through the foreign currency dealer as its a tedious process.

So far i've got no info, whatsoever?

I mailed CIC on January 08, 2015. No response to this mail as yet.

Any encouraging remarks?

Then u shud have UCI from ur previous visa so u can check if ur ECAS is alive or not?

Dear Experts,

Im new here and i have a small doubt. I actually posted this n few other threads and i hope to hear from many experts as possible.

Am i right to say If someone's CC charged means that his application is complete and CIC officers has already checked the candidate's job description match to the 80% of the lead statement of the NOC and after checking that only they charge the candidate's credit card?

Is there any chance that the CIC officers will charge the CC first and then later they check the candidate's job description (JD provided by the company including the jobs he performs in the work) and if it's found that it doesnt match with the 70%-80% of the lead statement and so the candidate will receive a NER?

Really appreciate your answers in clearing my above doubts.

charging your cc or encashing dd is just one part of those eligibility steps one needs to fullfil in order to receive per... therefore, it is,indeed, true that they will take your money and then review the rest of the eligibility steps. it happened to me, they've charged my cc, and then i've received ner... (the reason is that they did not find enough matching points wit the lead statement in all of my reference letter regarding to my noc, they accepted just once, but then i did not have enough points). however, they did not return money nor my documents. i had to gather all new documents in order to submit it again. i hope you, nor anyone else on this forum, ever go through this!

Could you please tell if you have received it from CIC or from a consultant? I am asking because I want to know if they are working today?
