Hello everyone
I am Nov 07 applicant ,and today (Jan 30th) I received an email from CIC ,,,I m not sure if its my PER or not ?
its something like :

30 January 2015

UCI: 92xxxxx
*92xxxxx*

Application: E0xxxxxxxx
*E0xxxxxxxx*

just checked the spreadsheet and it seems the last applicants have received PER are Nov03 applicants ,is not that weird since I m NOV 07???
if the answer is "yes its PER" someone plz guide me ,where should i edit my SS record?

) Does your email contain "FSW"?
Here are some applicants with 04, 05, 06 Nov rcvd date, but I think you are the luckiest and there is a record for you in fsw2014 program with just 85 days of waiting! It is also not related to the encashed date, it's 99% based on app rcvd date.
