App recvd date 22nd Dec
CC Charge date 30 Jan.

Hoping to get PER soon.

i was received in 15th Dec with DD, i checked with my bank, the status hasn't changed. generally, i know that the DD is late than CC, but how long the lateness will be? 3 or 4 days? any guys of 15th or late with DD has been charged?

I had sent an email to CIC about the status of my Application around two months back and here is what I have received.

As of the date of this email, I can find no record of your application in our database. As you state it was delivered on October 21, 2014, it may be in the queue for initial processing. You may wish to submit a status inquiry in 2-3 weeks, and a further search can be conducted.



This is very scary for me as I did see the POD from dhl .

I have got the same reply from CIC after two months waiting. here is what they replied. I have applied for NOC-2171 on 8th OCT,

As of the date of this email, I can find no record of your application in our database. As you state it was delivered on 8-10-2014, it may be in the queue for initial processing. You may wish to submit a status inquiry in 2-3 weeks, and a further search can be conducted.

Please provide a courier tracking number and scanned copy of the courier receipt at that time if applicable.

hmm, I suggest on your next mail, attach the POD from DHL to the email, so they cant deny accepting the package...

I just now called up CIC to ask for my app status.. they said it has been reviewed and returned bck today .. reason being some documents missing... I have attached all the required and mandatory documents?? My HR didnot issue me a letter with Roles and Responsibilities.. bt she gave employment letter stating Designation, DOJ, Hrs wrked per week etc... For JOb Duties, I presented a letter from manager along with his Business Card and from a colleague...

What can be there which is missing?? and what can be their expectations?? Any suggestions or idea?? And further what can be done with it?

this looks strange. Whatever you mentioned should work. Please wait for the parcel and see what the letter says. Where do you send your application from?

only when you receive your package, you will clearly know what exactly missed, as VO will highlight the items in the doc. Normally R&R is the most possible reason of rejection, but that's only one of them.
Feel sorry for you, mate. If that's confirmed, try EE.

The Structure of my company is little different. My designation is Professional I : Application Delivery but my role is of Database Analyst. I have applied from New Delhi.

How many dayzz will it take for my parcel to reach bck?? Any guesses??
