only when you receive your package, you will clearly know what exactly missed, as VO will highlight the items in the doc. Normally R&R is the most possible reason of rejection, but that's only one of them.
Feel sorry for you, mate. If that's confirmed, try EE.

What is R&R?

The Structure of my company is little different. My designation is Professional I : Application Delivery but my role is of Database Analyst. I have applied from New Delhi.

How many dayzz will it take for my parcel to reach bck?? Any guesses??

They send by Snail Mail, it might take months, and it might get lost in post

well the latest cc for 2172 is 15th DEC

it stopped after wards

what could be the reason ?

i dont think it will reach the cap cux of update till 19th dec it only reached 450 apps

I got charged on 24th DEC, but after that no reply from CIC , applied on Oct 10th..I called the customer care they said the case is open what does it mean?

Any one is waiting for PER, who applied in october in 2172, My app received on 10th october, DD charged on 24th dec, but no reply yet, what could be the reason. its already crossed 120 days, I can see that for every one who got the PER they got in between 100 to 120 days from date received.

I just now called up CIC to ask for my app status.. they said it has been reviewed and returned bck today .. reason being some documents missing... I have attached all the required and mandatory documents?? My HR didnot issue me a letter with Roles and Responsibilities.. bt she gave employment letter stating Designation, DOJ, Hrs wrked per week etc... For JOb Duties, I presented a letter from manager along with his Business Card and from a colleague...

What can be there which is missing?? and what can be their expectations?? Any suggestions or idea?? And further what can be done with it?

R u sure about the reason of your application rejection? Is it for job responsibility letter only? Did CIC mention any others documents?

Because I know lots of other ppl, who got PER with Role and responsibility letter only from supervisor/manager. They even didn't take any letter from their HR.

However, best wishes for EE entry. Never loose hope, may be something better is waiting for you.

Just an update from my end, I am 2172 Applicant 15 Dec 2014. I called up CIC yesterday, the CIC agent asked me few questions and told me that they haven't opened my file yet so no status is available.

My friend share the same timeline for same NOC 2172, he also called up CIC and got same response.

From this forum so far we have 3 status for 2172 15 Dec applications
1. CC charged for 2172 15 dec( confirmed by hopefullimmigrant), there are only 2 applicants who confirmed this news here(from SS) and its been atleast 7-8 days since the CC charge was reported for 2172.
2. File not opened yet as of 11 Feb 2015 ( confirmed case of me and my friend ).
3. File rejected and sent back on 11 Feb 2015 (Confirmed by Bhanu)

Its really confusing how CIC is handling the applications.

Called to CIC - they couldn't find my app(I'm 2172, 10th Dec) and unfortunately from Bhanu's words

they said it has been reviewed and returned bck today

we don't know when app was reviewed(maybe at Feb beginning) we only know it was sent back Feb, 11th

Hi Jackie,
Call on 1-613-944-4000. (International number) Try with Skype or magic jack (free calls to Canada)
Use options 1 1 1 Line will be transferred to CIO.
Use options 1 1 3 1

1. Enter the UCI number if you have it.Else jump to point 2 below

2. You will be asked application number thrice. If you dont have the UCI number Do not enter anything.
Line will be transferred to a CIC call centre officer..

Ask for the UCI number giving the reasons why you want the same. They will ask you some details which you need to provide. If you are lucky you might just get the UCI number.
