i am sept 8th applicant and thiz gud news as cic has started working on 2171 sept applicants. i received mail from cic stating tht they have accepted my application n notification mails will be sent in due couse but thiz waz on 3rd dec n its more than a month now but the only relief i tht v have received reply frm cic but wht next n for hw long as my dd will expire pn 2nd march

Any updates from septemebr last week applicants for 2173 NOc ? I am september last week applicant and neither i got reply from CIO nor got my package returned.

Is it true that if for example CAP is full on some particular date all applications from that date will be accepted?
For example if we have 10 applications from Sep 2 and on the 7th application the cap has become 1000 the remaining 3 applications from the same date will be IN?

. Hello skepar, My application was recieved by CIC on 27th august, I am sure I am in cap, but I am yet to recieve the per yet, my DD has also not yet encashed. I had also sent a mail to CIC asking my status in december, but yet to get any reply from them. Have they started charging of DD for noc 2171. I have no idea how long we have to wait?, getting impatient now. Thanks.

I have sent a query mail to CIC regarding my application on 29 Nov and I expect a response by the end of this week will keep you posted on the resonance once I got it.

So by doing some analysis of all the posts here and there, i'm convinced that my application will be returned back to me.

Lot of 2172 nov end applicants are getting PER these days. Is there anyone who got PER without sending ielts original with 2172 because their original was with previous app(2173 or related). I couldnt manage to send ielts original with 2172 as it was sent with 2173 so plz let me know if my app will be rejected or not.

As I understand the rules, you may not attach original IELTS results ONLY IF the original was already submitted to CIC, and in their possession.
Since your previous application was rejected and returned to you (even though it has not arrived in time), I don't think your application would be accepted without IELTS attached to it..

Sorry mate, should have ordered an extra copy since you knew there was a risk of not making it to the CAP.

In December timeline master thread, one of the member updated that his CC was charged today and his application received date was 4th Dec 2014.
