Any applicant who has applied for NOC 2173 in September last week got his application back from CIO ? Or any reply to mail requesting for application status or UCI ? :-[

I am sept first week applicant for NOC 2173 and yet no news...

Hi friends......I am a new joinee to this forum.
I am December 9th Applicant. I have two questions.
1) My NOC is 2172, what are my chances of making it to the cap?
2) I resigned from my job on 3rd of November as a Database Administrator, but upon my request my Team Lead issued me a reference letter on 17th of November with my job duties and responsibilities. However, he mentioned that I am still working with the organization, but the fact is, I resigned it on 3rd of November and mentioned it on all the Immigration forms and also attached my resignation acceptance letter. Will it cause any problem?

I am too tensed, and will greatly appreciate your responses.

1) You and I are on same boat as I have applied under 2172 and my application reached CIC on 4th Dec 2014. The last update by CIC was 18th Dec and under 2172 total application count was approx 500.
2) That should not make any difference. Max, you should expect a clarification regarding this difference.

Don't stress yourself as I figure out that it's all about luck 8)

I'm 27th Aug applicant, and I got my file back today.
2173 category.

PER is Positive Eligibility Review.... Wish u all the best and u will get PER in Feb.... Do not worry you are in......

My application reached CIC on 6th Oct, 2014 for NOC 2171. It's the 16th week. Neither have i heard from them nor the package has been returned. What should i expect?

. Hi sania, in my case the documents are recieved by CIC on 27th august, still no reply from them. I had also sent them a mail for status update, I am also yet to get any reply from them. God knows what they are upto. My docs are also not returned till date & my DD is also not yet encashed till 1st week of jan, very tensed & frustrated also.
