Just called my bank and they said DD was encashed yesterday (Mar 2nd). My app was received on Dec 24th.

Sorry to break this sad news for late December applicants. My friend applied for 0112 and file reached on 29 Dec. Called CIC right now and he was informed his file was returned on 26 Feb due to cap reached.

Not possible, does not correlate with CIC update on NOC's that was published on 19th Dec 2014. 435 application were okay till then for this NOC from 1st May to 1st Oct 2014 - 6 months. & in the remaining 3 months (OCT, NOV & DEC) the NOC is capped?

Moreover NOC's such as 0111 is still getting charged for 29th Dec applicant whereas tis was 531 as per the last update by CIC.

I guess...people should wait for another 10-15 days, as people applied on 12,15,18 Dec got PER on 27 Feb,2nd Marc etc.


If nothing comes in next 10-12 days then it will be little doubtful.

I really hope with all my heart and all my Faith that you are correct!
My app arrived on dec 30th and if cap was not reached I'm sure that by this time next year I'll be living in Toronto and celebrating!

My application was accepted on 18th Dec my credit card got charged but I have not received PER Yet... Do you know anybody in the forum 18th DEc applicant who has received the PER already as you state above???? It is making me anxious 18th dec applicants please respond if any of you have already received the PER????

Dear Friends,

My application reached on 19th Dec, 2014 and DD was encashed on 9th February and am please to share that I have received email from Centralized Intake Office that my application has received positive determination of eligibility to be processed on 4th March, 2015.

All the best to rest of applicants and waiting for next step.

I haven't been charged yet. Although I called cic yesterday twice and spoke to 2 different agents. Both of them told me that my application cannot be seen in the system. So I went ahead and asked them if my file is returned to which they replied that my file had neither been returned nor rejected. They asked me to call back after 1-2 weeks. I also asked them if the noc is capped to which they replied that we at call center they do not have access to capping info

Guys !

My DD has not yet encashed..

I called CIC agent last week and they have verified my details and also confirmed the date of receipt of my application but no status of any updates..

I believe our NOC is moving very slow or is on hold... as I could not see much of Dec applicants of 0112 is getting charged barring few , who I believe are holding job or less complicated application ....
