I want to apply in NOC 1223 under EE system. could anyone please tell me what should i do in this regard?

are all applicants against noc 1223 will be in competition while CIC pooling ?
and how much are the chances to get admit in this noc ?

Generally cc gets charged in adound 3 months time. Wait for a week more, if no news thn u should write cic to check status of ur case.
