Finally after a long wait received my PER

Application Date: September 4 2014
DD encash as per bank: December 1 2014 but as per PER mail its November 24 2014
PER date January 14, 2015
NOC: 0112 (Human Resources manager)

my application has reached CIC on october 1,2014 and after that i have not heard from them. I have sent an email on Dec 9,2014 and i have not got reply from them.
does it mean that my application has got rejected ?

Pls help anyone.

I hope not as 3-Oct in this NOC already got PER and you will hear soon.
Did you check either you are charged or not by your CC or DD?

They had processed applications. 254
Under consideration..... 191
Means total of 445....

If all are charged then I guess cap has reached 445.
