Hi Shermrajjo,
As per this Forum I have noticed a lot of people are getting PER. I have a question.
Do they send you PER even your Police Clearance Certificate is missing or old expired?
Or do they need it at a later stage? because my Application was 100% complete. Every single thing was there what they asked.
the only thing was missing was One Police Clearance Certificate of my Wife from KUWAIT as she lived there for many years after turning 18 years of age. Her work Experience Letter I didn't send because it wasn't required or asked anyways.

So may be they will ask for PCC or my Wife Work experience but she is not a principle applicant anyways

Does it work like this? Or PCC has to included before you get PER? or they will ask for it with the Medical Request at later stage?

Please help.

Thanks
Regards,
MARK ADAMS.

Hi Mark,

As per the procedure it is not required to send PCC with the application. Usually PCC is valid for a year so everyone wait for Medical and PCC request from visa office. Within a time frame (Mostly 2 months) need to complete Medical for your family members and PCC for all adult family members to send visa office. Also remember if you or any of your family member stay in any country more than six month then it will be required for PCC from that country.

Hope it will help you now.

Regards.

Hi Mark,

As I know there is no need to communicate with CIO as the below process lead you to know about it...

Application sent to CIO - Sydney, NS

CC Charged / DD Encashed (Application can be refused after CC charge, chances of refusal are slim though)

PER

1st line on Ecas (We received your application for Permanent Residence on ....) (1st line on Ecas may also appear before PER)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

File transfer to Visa office

AOR (Some Visa offices don't send AOR email)

INTERVIEW (mostly waived)

2nd line on Ecas (We started processing your application on ......)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

MR + RPRF + Additional documents request

3rd Line on Ecas (Medical Results have been received)
ECAS Status : IN PROCESS

PPR

4th line on Ecas (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision)
ECAS Status : DECISION MADE

VISA

===========================================================

PER: POSITIVE ELIGIBILITY REVIEW
AOR: ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT
MR: MEDICAL REQUEST
RPRF: RIGHT OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE FEES

As far as i know, at the moment there is no other way to check the status of received applications, we r hoping tht in few days cic will update the s on its website. However in 0112 there is no need to worry about cap issue

Friends
I sent my application by myself ..
Pls tell me do I need to do something else after this?
Or just keep waiting for CC charge?
I read about a spreadsheet on this forum.. what is this all about ?
Can anyone help?

After sending the application, once u get the confirmation from courier company then its a wait of 90 to 120 days. Other thing u can do is to Pray for positive outcome :)

For ur other query regarding applying for EE. Yes u can apply even when u ve applied for fsw2014

Regards

Ecas refers to online status of ur application. To see this status u need to hv UCI number which usually comes with PER email however some ppl who didnt get the PER mail after anticipated waiting time, called cic and got their UCI on phone.
