Cap was never an issue for 0112. If ur application has reached before 31st dec. 2014 thn it will be reviewed.

Lovely idea, not sure where HR jobs are more and lesser the expense ; but Ontario seems a better option until now , because one of my friend couldn't find a job in Toronto due to saturated HR market and excess of Canadian workforce.

I think Toronto is part of Ontario.. if toronto is saturated thn we hv to consider other options as well.

We all need to do some research on tht i guess... is it the right time or should we do it after getting PPR, thts the question
