Does anyone knows if the processing time for applications under FSW programme will change, considering that the Express programme is now in effect?

I am Assistant Manager HR for past 1.5 years and have applied under the Noc 0112-HR Manager Category. Do you think they will have an issue with Assistant Manager vs Manager? Every company has different job titles so I wonder if that will be an issue.

The job title is not an issue as long as you prove that you are closely fit with CIC job duties.

Does anybody has any idea on the final number of applications against our NOC as on 31st Dec ?? The last update was 16th dec and I am sure there were a lot of applications sent along with mine between 16th and the 31st. I was expecting a final count before the page was pulled out. Please share if anybody has information on the total count received for 0112 as on the 31st. Its surprising that CIC just pulled the page down without any final updates for 2014 leaving everything to our imaginations

Due to EE the old data is vanished but cic might publish it at a later date

I am just thinking of making a profile in EE just to remain on a safer side ? what do you suggest ? Is it possible to submit and EOI even if your application is in the pool of 2014. Please advise

Yes you can. It will be nice to create yours in order to be on a safe side. I created mine already.

I read in another post that someone called CIC and been told that a person cannot apply in both FSW and EE and one must be dropped.

Any can confirm/correct my understanding please???

That is not correct. Check the FAQ for EE.
