Thanks walidcanada. I am working as HR Manager.
Thanks Callbox..

Thats a big relief.. I am keeping my fingers crossed for CC charge.. I am a Nov 26, 2014 applicant..
I have also not given in the specified format.. I have given supporting salary documents..
I have enlisted 11 bullet points that my earlier organization has agreed to provide..
Good to see so many replies and finally HR community getting charged up..

Cheers..

Wildcanada as I have gone thrugh the discussions it is not necessary for anyone to be exactly holding the same title. What CIC want you must be performing at Least 70% of the discribed duties with enough number of years to score maximum points against your experience. In other words Title of job doesn't matter but the responsibilities and duties. Furthermore your Refrence letter must be explaining each and every relevant JD to CIC.
Good Luck

Hi,
My title is 100% match but job duties is 50% match. CIC did not clearly mention the % of job duties. "They said Human resources managers perform some or all of the following duties". "Some duties" what i think doesn't mean 70 - 80 %. I hope my application is approved with 50% JD match.

I am a Human Resource Manager...my JD also doesn't match all the points...around 75% I guess.

Hi Friends,

My file Reached Nova Scotia Sydney on Nov 26, 2014.
I have 2 queries:

1. I have more than 4.5 years of experience in HR in one of the biggest Private Sector banks in India. I have provided a employment certificate with Recruitment, Employee Relations, PMS, Talent Management, Training mentioned in it. But some of the duties enlisted under 0112 were different than what i have done; especially framing of Policies and collective negotiation as it was a non unionized structure and a pretty stable one wherein all policies were pretty well set. Would that affect my chances of getting a PER?

2. I changed my job and joined a new organization in Oct. I have not attached my roles and responsibilities for my new organization as it was less than 2 months i had joined. Would that affect my chances of getting a PER?

Regards

1. CIC does not expect a 100% match, my sense is anything above 50%+ should be fine! So dont worry.
2. I dont think so, but you could have as there was nothing to lose :) all the best

Dear this is what I wanted to say.. JD can never be exactly the same as desired. The percentage is just a margin for understanding. Hope you getting my point. And you don't worry at all your application will be approved. Stay blessed and good luck.

my friend there are challenges everywhere, there many examples of people buying mansions and living a rich life being an immigrant. its upto you, success will not come to you; you will have to work hard to get what u deserve. there are many examples who failed, there will be many who will fail; i wish you, me and rest of this great family will not be one of them.

Dear friends,

The immigration process is something totally depends on ourselves. We cannot apply other experiences on ourselves.

I personally never regret any decision I have made during my whole life. Even if I loose will never feel down.

I hopefully will land in Canada as a new baby born with plans and full of energy.

My spirit will neva go down as long as im alive.

Cheers.
