One of my friends is also getting assessment from ces. They told him tht it will take 7 weeks to complete assessment. Earlier the required time was 5 weeks. Lets see if they complete it in 7 weeks..

Just joined forum.

I have just initiated the process for FSW under 0112. While, I know, its little late, I have not lost hope.

Just wanted the advise of expert members on few things:
I am working as HR consultant with more than 10 years of experience and nearly 70% job roles could be matched as per 0112. Further, I am not likely to get work reference in the format they want as I have tried it. To add more fuel, designation is not matching exactly.

Do you guys still advise me to jump into this? I am in little dilema. Any insight would help.

I am from M. S. University (Baroda) and got transcripts for my courses. However, the transcripts are signed by Deans of respective faculties (I have 2 degree). Will this create any problem? As in M. S. University, Transcript work is decentralized and respective faculty issues the transcript (e.g. my graduation in commerce by Commerce Faculty and post graduation in management (MBA) by Faculty of Management Studies. Please note the markesheets are issued by University with Registration (Examinations).

Please advise.

The number is increasing every week.. I hope cic will speedup the process as well.

Managing on ur own is highly recommended. Complete info is available on cic website. Dont go with consultants they charge alot and there is no added advantage.

Most ppl are going wth wes. My experience with wes was really good. They ask for lots of documentation but once u submit, they do it quickly.. some ppl complain abt wes but I got my assessment done 15 days before the commited timeline.

For HR it will take some time to reach the cap, at this moment 27 applications are accepted for HR.

Hi, if your company won't issue the reference letter in CIC format 4 collect what they will give then get the correct reference letter on plain paper from your supervisor or Senior colleague. Attach this person's call card to the letter and you're set. Send both letters with your application. All the best.

Hi, you are meant to send your degree certificate to a CIC designated evaluation agency. Then you send a request to your school for them to have your transcripts sent directly to the agency to evaluate. After evaluation, you'll receive an ECA result from the agency to use with your application with a copy of your degree. You don't have to send your transcripts with your application to CIC. Check on CIC website for a list of the agencies, all the best.
