Designation is irrelevant. Matching the duties stated in the NOC is the crucial point.

Thanks a ton SM9

The designation does not matter. As long as you can establish that you perform approximately 80% of the duties described as well as the lead statement then you are good. So my advice is to go for the one that more closely matches you. You can also consider reviewing the noc in terms of number of applications submitted and opt for the one where u stand the better chance of making it in the cap.

Best of luck
Thanks a ton angieangel !! ;)

List of received applications updated again.. one more addition in HR takes the total to 10.

Hi Everyone,

I applied in FSW class under 2 different categories (H.R.Mgr; & S/W Engr.) on Aug 10 via Canada Post's 2 Regular Mails. I included all documents except Police Clearances as I believe these can be submitted later as well during the process. By now I assume they must have received my mails for sure as I cant track :(

However, I hear that AORs/PER are currently taking upto 3 months to be received by applicants! I'm currently on a Post Grad Work Permit that is valid only till Oct 28 this year. I'm working currently but now scared that I may not have enough time to get an AOR/PER before my permit expires - for me to apply for BOWP.

My query is, can I apply for a BOWP - say by October 1st - irrespective of getting an AOR/PER or not (may be along with a letter of explanation again)?
If not, what are the alternatives I have if I want to extend my stay as a worker here? Any ideas or experiences are more than welcome.

Hi Friends,

I have just joined the forum today. I had started my application in NOC 0112(HR) ,stuck at the stage of WES evaluation, online status shows completed'' they have evaluated my BA & MA (With English) education from recognized institute but Diploma as ''Diploma from non recognized institute"' though it is recognized. I am not sure whether to proceed or not ? I had contacted my consultant on that.

He said if
your bachelor's degree in a field related to personnel management, such as business administration, industrial relations, commerce or psychology
or
Completion of a professional development program in personnel administration is required

Don't to what to do ? I am very much depressed on hearing this.

Kindly give your suggestion whether to proceed or not ?

From what I know, if you are making the 67 points cut with the BA evaluation, you do not need a qualification in IR or Personnel Administration. As long as you have the relevant experience letter showcasing the duties performed as matching NOC 0112.

Hi everyone,

I am new to this forum but have been reading your posts quite often. Its very encouraging.

I am currently working as Sr. Manager - HR and have about 10 years of relevant work experience. Planning to apply for PR under NOC 0112 - HR Manager.

My points are accumulating to more than 67 and my IELTS scores are L-7.5, R-6, W-7, S-7.

Can someone help me to know the application process and the start point please?

Thanks in advance.

Cheers!
