currently CIC working on PER for 12 may applicants n charging 14th may applicants...

i dont think my turn will come some time before october...

For my sake I hope you are incorrect! My application was delivered to CIC this morning! So I would be looking at 2015 LOL oh dear!

New to this forum, planning to apply in NOC 0112(HR) ,stuck at the stage of WES evaluation, online status shows çompleted'' but they have evaluated my MBA as ''Masters from non recognised univ"' though it is UGC(India) recognised ,i had sent BA & MBA for evaluation ,am totally shattered.Any suggestions or any similar cases please help!!!

Cheer up Marshall it may not be as bad as you think. I dont know whether or not they will still award you 23 points if the institution is not recognized but if your BA is on par there is only a one point difference between the two.

Just came across some additional info that you wont get the 23 points if the institution is not recognized. However if the points BA is not sufficient to make u qualify then u can consider having another agency evaluate your credentials.

Iam working as a General Manager-Marketing in a Pharmaceutical Company in India.
I was wondering whether should I quote NOC 0013 (Sr. Managers) or NOC 0124 (Marketing Managers) in my application!
As far as the description of duties outlined in both the above NOCs, mine match more to NOC 0124. However, the designation goes more for Sr.Managers!
Do help me to resolve this, as an improper NOC will make the CIO return my entire application..!
Admins and pundits in Immigration...pls help.

The designation does not matter. As long as you can establish that you perform approximately 80% of the duties described as well as the lead statement then you are good. So my advice is to go for the one that more closely matches you. You can also consider reviewing the noc in terms of number of applications submitted and opt for the one where u stand the better chance of making it in the cap.

Designation is irrelevant. Matching the duties stated in the NOC is the crucial point.
