you should open the NOC profile and see if the TITLES given before the job duties match any of your current TITLE.

Preeti I believe ur current designation is HR exec. If u check the list of titles in 0112 then u would see all manager level designation. There is separate noc for HR officer n executive.

How will u show ur reference letter, pay stubs etc when u wld nt hv manager level designation on them.

HR professionals are called by various names depending on the organization. And as such, designations or titles do not matter for this process. What is important is that you perform the lead statement as described and at least 80% of the job functions listed.

Preeti would suggest u to mail ur job duties n title to CIC noc enquiry id (mentioned on other forum) and confirm.
My husband's cousin is also HR executive wth 3 yrs exp and consultant told her that she cant apply. Pls check urself wth sme gud consultant too...

Preeti,

The titles are not of prime importance. What matters are your duties and it is very important that they should match.

Designations vary from organization to organization and some places would have designation as Manager for people with 1 yrs work exp and some place you wont get it unless 10 yrs.

You have to get 67 points and that's what matters, w.r.t. your experience you will earn points according to your years of experience.

Hey aish19...bang on, was about to ask same question. Hr 0112 just has 3 application filled. Yes I have also heard that 9 th may applications sre being processed.

If ppl can share which date the applications have reached, so we will get the idea.

Mine had reached on 4th Jul.
