Hi friends,

All set to send my documents. Just the DD left... Have seen so many applications being rejected due to silly reasons.. Feeling really nervous.

Unfortunately, my spouse doesnt have a birth certificate. Will Affidavit and his School leaving certificate work?

affidavit from both her parents will work plus school certificate showing her date of birth

Thank you for your response. The problem is that my Spouse's parents are out of country and we will not be able to take signatures from them. Is there any other way out?

The declaration needs the signature of the applicant only, and it includes the name of both the parents.

There signatures aren't required, as happened in my case.

You just visit the notary people, they know their job.

Even those who don't have their parents with them (lost them for ever) get their Birth Certificates made, no?

Congratulations to all whose credit card has been charged. My application for NOC 0112 was received by CIC on Sept. 8, 2014. Miles to go before I hear from CIC so I will wait patiently.

There is an understanding among applicants tht it takes 3 months time to get PER.
i am also waiting wish u all the best.

Did u hear anything from NDVO? I am 9th June applicant.
Received PER. Waiting for Medicals, which will take time I believe.

I have noticed from the spread sheet that NDVO is checking and giving MR to certain NOCs first. I have not seen a single 0112 applicant in spread sheet received MR yet. I will let u guys know once i receive MR. I think it will take time. Keep an eye on spread sheet.

Thanx for d wishes. I saw two people in the spread sheet who received PER and also posted their names in the categories whose process has started. May be their ECAS status has 2nd line of processing started. You can find the names in the spread sheet named RAMBO 77 and JK AHMEDABAD. Not sure if they are following this group :-\
