I don't know how to put it, but my application reached on the last day of 2014 at 10:30 AM. I really am keeping my fingers crossed and hoping for the best.

I think December Aspirants can take the PCC and keep it ready.

Hi everyone,

I sent my application on Nov 22 with Noc code: 2161. It is been almost 2 month and still no update on cic website. When I check my application status I get the following message: ''we are not able to identify you based on the information...''
Any idea? anyone with the same Noc code? Thanks

I saw in another thread, application received on same date as mine and got a DD encashed.

Just checked that! It is really strange, yesterday the last dd encashed was for 20 november applicants..
Do you think they already reached 24 december applicants so fast? Or do they just check files with no particular order?

His NOC is 4011. Maybe CIC is checking it by NOC? Or the one nearing to reach the cap. I'm not sure.
