And now we wait...

Glad to see they are charging Nov apps already.

Just checked that! It is really strange, yesterday the last dd encashed was for 20 november applicants..
Do you think they already reached 24 december applicants so fast? Or do they just check files with no particular order?

If the trend goes in the same way, we can expect Dec first week candidates cc and dd may be charged by end of this week or early next week.

It seems that all of the December applications completeness check is over. Those whose applications were not complete, their applications would have already been returned and similarly those NOC whose cap is over their applications would have also been returned back to them. Because I have even noticed on the main forum that one person whose application reached CIO on 22nd December, got his application returned. And the in the cover letter with returned application it was mentioned that his completeness check was done on 2nd Jan 2015. So, after 2nd Jan till today further 17-days have passed, so it seems that applications received from 22nd December till 31st December have passed through completeness check already during this time.

If someone has information contrary to what I explained above please comment.

Hope you are right and they start to encash DD. I have not seen my noc 0111 moving that fast of previous applicant too. Waiting for good news. Fingers crossed.

Thank you, IF you are right, and they did completeness checks already, AND did them for all NOCs, it means that if we dont receive a returned application package by end of month (mostly), it means our application has passed the initial completeness check.

But I thought this check is done during the PER review after charging money...
Does one have a right for appeal after CC is charged, on a NER decision? just curious...
