Looking at my friends' files data, I found out the following:
The latest PPR:
File: Dec 29
PER: Mar 26
MR: Jun 23
Medical Done: Jul 1
MER: Jul 7
PPR: Jul 14


MER: Myself:

File: Dec 16
PER: Mar 3
MR: Jul 14
Medical Done: Jul 21
MER: Jul 30
 
This is d mail which I got from CIC last evening. Can someone help me out with this please. I did my medical on 1st April an as per hospital they uploaded medicals on 18th April. Now CIC is saying they haven't received any medicals.

· Medical examination for yourself



Please note:



All documents must be accompanied by English or French translations. When original documents are requested, notarized documents are not acceptable. If you are unable to provide any or all of the requested documents/information, please explain why they are not available.



The above information/documents must be received in our office within 30 days from the date of this e-mail. Please quote your complete application number on your correspondence and address your correspondence to the address indicated above.

If we do not hear from you within 30 days, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information on file and your application may be refused.

Contact the hospital as soon as possible and ask them to follow up this issue. Then, you might be able to respond to CIC accordingly.

You can't say about CIC sometime they give reply the next day sometimes you don't even get a reply at all .
I saw someone who got a reply next day whereas I have sent 3 mails since the time I got my medicals done but one of them got a response ..


My medical was done on 13th and 14th August. No update on ECAS till now,

This is good news ..i guess the final review is when it's sent to the program director for the final approval and once it gets approved ..you get the DM/PPR.. did you send them an email . if yes , then can you share what email you sent them.

Sorry for the late reply - only checked the forum after a few days.

my rep may have sent an email out to check the status it seems - I'm not sure exactly why they (VO) sent this to my rep.

but a few days ago I (my rep, who forwarded me) got this email from VO

Previously I only have three lines. Now, I have seven lines

Any clue why is CPC Ottawa really slow on processing application?

Last PPR was on July 20, 2015 and Last MR was on August 10,2015. I'm looking for answers on the internet but no luck at all.

no one has any clue what CPCO is up to..if we don't see any movement this week then i think all the cases will be delayed cus of the elections in canada..!!
