I would like to know guys if there is a trend that the MR is sent only on Tuesdays?

Hello everyone,

Just wanted to share that our passports just got back, with the permanent resident visas and confirmation of permanent residence (COPR). Used FedEx for return, though CIC didn't use my enclosed envelope and used a new FedEx Pak with their own envelope inside their one more envelope. Some packing!

The Visa mentions number of entries as ONE. That sounds like once in and out for landing, and having applied for the PR card, I can not go again until I receive the PR card. Correct ?

Planning to land sometime in September (visa expiry is in Feb 2016). Will be back with questions regarding landing etc.

It wasn't there before but I guess since the last month-month and a half they just update on Tuesdays ..I don't know the reason why ..but it's bad as no updates come for the rest of the week !!

I'm so frustrated I'm October applicant got medicals done in April still nothing happening. On the top my Rep is saying apply for express entry.Can you guys help me what should I do.guys plz comment ur words will give me a fair idea what to do. Thanks

You are pretty close ..why don't you mail CPCO raising a CSE asking them about the delay ..you will surely get some sort of reply ..other than that you can do nothing else but to wait

Hi, firstly please post your timeline to help others understand your situation, have you had to submit additional documents? Did you add/remove a dependent etc? do you have a third line update yet and waiting for DM/PPR or are you yet to receive a TLU? I feel you should call them and ask what is going on, since you are pretty much at the last stage - you can call CIC at
+1 613 944 4000 (if you are outside Canada/in the USA) and specifically ask if your medicals have been processed - you could also get GCMS notes (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/latest-caips-gcms-notes-forms-and-how-to-order-t99210.1725.html). Hope this helps - wish you all the best - the waiting is truly horrible - we are all in the same boat.

That should not be a problem at all. The initial intended destination during application was more of a survey question than anything else.

Don't worry buddy..Cic has its own special way of taking care of things ..but rather than going a full circle again with express entry wait and everything will fall in place soon !!

oh, that's really a long time since you have done the MR.
Have you checked with your doctor whether your medical results have been uploaded and is the result ok?

We have very similar timeline, I am still waiting for PPR. I got my third line update on April 20th though, no news after that
