I checked Fedex and it was $ 17 for 3 business days but then I didn't feel too confident as they usually use Canada post. It cost me 29 CAD (23 USD) for return label to NYC and 3 days delivery.nskatcv said:

My application was picked up for processing on May 13th. I sent the PCCs to CIC on 26th June. Any thoughts on how long on average usually it takes for CIC to send out medical request or by when it will be about time to start following up with CIC for Medical Requests.

Hello everyone, so glad to inform you that I eventually received RFV email last Friday (3rd July) regarding the decision made since May 20th.
So so glad!
My heart reaches out to all those who applied in 2014 and have yet to see their applications finalized. Here is a short nugget for you, "though the road may be either rough or smooth, a light shone at the end of perseverance make the heart merry" Stay blessed for your light will definitely shine! :-* :-*
