It's not an issue. Send the new passport when requested. No need to explain anything.

After 52 call trials of which 17 calls I was able to speak to a person, a decent "senior" agent took my information and confirmed that a PPR email was sent on May 27, 2015 (I got DM on May 30). This make sense for officer AW5180 procedures.

As happened with others, she will sent to Ottawa office to resend the email and advised me to stay tuned with my email folders. At least my rejection ghost is having a nap for a while. :D

I am really not convinced that the mails of the 27th were not received due to a system error!
I think it is something else... It might be that they want to slow it down!
Also the number of mails claimed to be sent on the 27th is a lot more than the usual for CPC-Ottawa PPR rate at any other week!
For the call center agents, some of them say the mail is sent and others say it was scheduled on the 27th but not actually sent!
In all cases it is long period since the 27th now!

Am I getting crazy or what!! ???

Either scheduled or sent, they will inform the office about it, and we already emailed the office as well. If this is a slow down step, then let it come anytime. I don't have problems to wait, but at least expecting what is coming is much better than assuming something wrong happened to your application.

Don't worry, all will be fine bro.

Hi, I am here too. No second line, no MR……
Although I am very worried too, but I think we should be patient.
If I remember correctly, so far there is a few Dec. applicants have received the MR, and all of them have the same officer, DA***?
Perhaps you and I have the different officers from them.
Stay in touch.
