Called them again now. A lady told me that this normal. I told her that I understand that PPR emails can come before DM, she told me not anymore!. The letters are being reviews and you have to wait. 9-10 days is a normal time frame unless you haven't heard for long time (2 months), we will not be able to access you file and check.

Best way is to email Ottawa office to give a boost. At least they will reply within 20 days (as mentioned in their auto-replay). hopefully we get PPR before that guys :)

I have RK6165 officer and DM May 30. Civileng has same officer and DM date and she received RFV mail on Saturday June 6th... So don't know if its officer or software glitch or something else....

I guess my question is why it will take them so long (up to 3 months, according to the agent) to resend us the email? I think the system should already has the record that we are in this stage now.
Also, I asked the agent since my passport has been requested, I just didn't receive the actual email, so: if I can mail my passport directly to CPC-O. She said no because I have to follow the instructions in the email.

I genuinely wish a speedy PPR to Lyn, AAhmed, Vinaj, Sub_zero, noc4012NOV2014 and Mr Wagih.

i wish everyone the same ..i can't even imagine the frustration of being stuck up after DM ..!!!

I can confirm that I also was one of the applicants who did not receive the e-mail sent out on the 27th! I asked if it's possible to let technical support know that a few people have had the same issue but she said that she can only ask them to resend the e-mail only to me :(

Thank you! Something seems to be wrong on their end

I just received my COPR in the mail :D
For everyone waiting for e-mails on this late May and early June DM batch. If you're from a visa exempt country maybe you don't even have to expect an e-mail, just wait for the nice printed letter in your mailbox :)

Did the agent you talked to mention how long it will take to re-send the email?

This is crazy that they cannot respond to queries at DM stage.... I tried calling them but didn't get through... Will try again later

Congrats to you! My country was visa exempted until October 2012. Lol. Btw, where in Canada are you?
