I just did landing today at Lewiston, and I was on an implied status too. The officer did notice that my work permit expired a while ago. I told him about my situation, and he made sure that my application (BOWP) met all the criteria (same employer, work permit being extendable, etc.). After he was satisfied with my answer, he went ahead and signed the paper. I think it's important that your implied status is valid, and that you are able to explain its validity to them.

As for the required material, all he asked me to show was PP and CoPR. It might be slightly different in your case, as my category was CEC. No document was requested to support the validity of my implied status, although I did bring a copy of online confirmation (IMM5739E) just in case.

hi all i got my PP and copr today, i submitted them on may19, 2015.

I will be landing tomorrow at Niagara , i am under implied status since CIC has not started processing my WP application, will this create any problem for me or is there anything else apart from PP, COPR, POF that i must take wid me

May be..there was only me n my gf..no one else..so I think officer was relaxed....omg i cant even able to make sentence in English..so damn happy...
