I do not know how to find about the officer? Also apparently the decision was positive. I actually called them twice. The first guy said he cannot reveal the decision but the second guy who was very polite and friendly congratulated me and said that the decision is positive.

The second guy told me it may take up to three months for them to resend the email. He also said that most likely they will be way faster.

But personally I am considering to send the passports based on similar cases. (I guess I will need your help on that).

Hey, can you tell us who your officer is? This is the second person whom this has happened to and now it's making me nervous. How did you get the officer to tell you about the e-mail and whether it's a positive decision?

Relax! and wait for tonight. Hopefully we will get PPR tonight or tomorrow. :)

I think you need a hard copy from the email that CIC send to you (Ready for Visa - Passport request) along with your passport.
Please make sure before sending your passport.

I am in the same situation. I got decision made on may 20th and no email from CIC yet.

Did you call them and did they advise you that there was an email sent to you?

Hope if anyone know similar cases of sending passports without the mail

Please check your medical request e-mail to see who your program assistant is.

Maybe I should take a break from this forum :)

There is no "program assistant" in neither of the emails.

Hmmm. Not sure what to say. Usually they ask you to send documents addressed to someone. The officer code begins with something like AW, RK or ZS, followed by four of five numbers.

NO
I called couple of times.

1st call he told me that they can not access to my application!!!!!!
2nd call she told me that the decision has been made, and no more info.

I checked again and found nothing! Is it in the body of the email or in the attached PDF? Is it specifically recognized as "program assistant"?

I would say call again and let the clerk know that the status has been in this situation and blame your email junk blocking first. Then when he said that nothing is unusual, ask him very kindly that you appreciate if he check the status of the application. ( you may want to mention me as a friend who has called and the clerk checked and he got such and such answer).

Hey Malagh, it's okay if you cannot find it. It's not important :)
