It is and I've learned a lot. First year when I applied they closed the program then I knew I have to read this forum.
Second year I was to late with my papers only 300 spots for one NOC and 2014 finally worked :)

Wow!!! Congrats!!! We are exactly in the same timeline :) And with same Program Assistant.

My letter doesn't include PCC request. I hope they will just skip it.

Well from you previous post I believe you said that you submitted PCC from your home country and from Canada, right? If those are the only 2 countries you have lived in then that is all you need. Since you submitted them up front they won't ask you for them again. It is only because I only submitted mine and not my wife's that they were requesting my spouse's PCC now.

It is cool that we have the same Program Assistant and your PER was one day before mine and so was your MR/RPRF one day before mine also! We should definitely keep in touch.

Thank you DA20220!!!

Hi AliMo,

Hello All, Finally got my rejection letter in the mail and it really doesnt make sense . Long and short of it was that the officer did not give m points for experience . He stated that "there was no pint credited for your experience as you did not provide the details necessary to confirm work experience". I submitted a letter from my boss with the work duties , I also used an extension sheet to list out all my duties . attached my pay stubs and work contract . Yet they think I dont have work details. PLease can someone advise what the next step could be. I am thinking of getting an immigration lawyer to appeal this decision. Doesnt make any sense to me .

Sorry to hear that MrBank If The duties listed by you and by your boss in the letter were relevant to the job specifications for your NOC within the last 10 year then I guess you should definitely hire a lawyer... Besides a PER means that they have checked and found you eligible based on the point system then how do you not qualify later ??? Are they not contradicting their own system ? So weird
