Thanks & Regards

It could be anytime soon. Usually it takes them 2 weeks to update any document to your file. I would suggest you raise a CSE (case specific enquiry) at the email provided on cpc-o website. Even if they do not reply it will bring their attention to your file.
I sent my PCC (final document) on 24th April and received RFV on 12th May.
Also it depends somewhat on your case officer (just my opinion)

Good luck.

Congratulations ms.reannox!! :D

Thanks a lot Canadacalling. I think I understand the process in which you are saying that I can purchase the Prepaid Xpress shipping label from Canada to US & take a print out of it. But, how do I get the ' Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes (National), letter-sized (318 x 241 mm)'.

Can I send a normal white envelope & paste the pre-paid label on it or the envelope has to be from 'Canada Post' only.

What did you do?

You can create a profile using EST online on canadapost website. That will give u a customer number. Select ship USA from the options available. And set shippers address as cpc Ottawa. And receivers address the one u want ur passport delivered at. This will generate a prepaid shipping label for USA. send that along with the package. They will use to send ur passport back.
This option should be given in ur RFV email as well.

Also u can use the Canada envelope if u have someone to buy it and send it to u. Depends on what you prefer.

you don't have to send an envelope if u are sending a label. They will attach it to an envelope.
That's what I did.

Congrats ms.reannox! I guess PPRs are sent out as per officers now. First ZS, then RK and hopefully next is AW.

I have my 3rd line updated on May 5, 2015 and CIC received my PCC and RPRF on May 12, 2015. My VO is ZS11947. When will i expect PPR and DM?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks. But, it says that : Complete the mailing label on one envelope showing your mailing address in the “Deliver To” field. This essentially means that they want us to send the envelope with the shipping label fixed along with To & From address. The only thing they would do is: "Just put the stamped PP's into the envelope-> glue the envelope & ship. Or, Am I missing something?
When did you send your PP & when you got it back from them.

that's if you are sending it from Canada. Using the prepaid envelope.

Please see quote in rfv email. I believe this is exactly how you must have received.

STEP 3: SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS If you and your dependants reside in Canada
How to Send your Documents to the Case Processing Center – Ottawa (CPC-O)
Please note that CPC-Ottawa does not send out passports outside of North America.

Submit all documents by MAIL in a single package. Quote your application number on your correspondence and send the package to one of the following addresses:

Canada Post:
CPC – Ottawa
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON K1G 4B9

Courier:
CPC – Ottawa

If you have a mailing address in Canada: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase two (2) PREPAID Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes (National), letter-sized (318 x 241 mm), at any Canada Post retail outlet. CPC-Ottawa accepts no responsibility for any passport lost in the mail.

- Complete the mailing label on one envelope showing your mailing address in the “Deliver To” field.
- Keep a tracking number sticker from each envelope.
- Fold and enclose the self-addressed envelope in the other envelope along with your passport(s) and a copy of this request letter.

If you have a mailing address in the United States: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase a pre-paid shipping label from Canada Post and include it with your passports and a copy of this letter.

By the way I am still waiting for my return tracker to get activated.
So if incase I am wrong please someone who have done and received it already comment on this. "Jithesh69" can u comment please.

Thanks a lot Canadacalling. Guess what: The following line is missing in the RFV email for me:" If you have a mailing address in the United States: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase a pre-paid shipping label from Canada Post and include it with your passports and a copy of this letter."
They concluded by saying: If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail.
I received my email on May 13. Does this mean that they have stopped sending to US by Xpressmail or it was a miss on their part.
