HI all I need some advice . As you all know I haven't received MR like all th eother early FEB PER applicants . GCMS notes ordered on 7th of April shows nothing much had been done on my file since 25th of February . On checking my ECAS now, this is what I saw

We received your application for permanent residence on November 12, 2014.

We started processing your application on May 22, 2015.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

SO my question is , does this mean My application has been rejected because I didnt get MR at all.

I am thinking of ordering GCMS notes again. Is that necessary ?

I hope this is an error. Please keep calling them until you get a hold of someone.....

About passport delivery, No idea . I guess 2-3 week.
About luggage, it is purely airline policy & it doesn't change with type of Visa you travel. So whichever airline you book, check the info before you pay.

hey bemo ...i sent my passports on sunday and was received by someone in the embassy called sayed zahran ...i got his signature as proof of delivery...the dhl guy told me that the place of embassy changed from garden city to nile towers and they will deliver it there ...i showed the guy who picked the envelope tht it contains passports photos and documents ..but he only wrote documents in the receipt... r they safe?? and will the embassy call dhl to send them back and the dhl will call me?

Me too dhl guy wrote documents in the receipt.
When ur passports finished you will get a call from dhl guy to bring ur passports to u

I got the Passport request & the following is mentioned as part of Passport request:

If you have a mailing address in Canada: To allow you to track your passports through the mail, we strongly recommend that you purchase two (2) PREPAID Canada Post Xpresspost envelopes (National), letter-sized (318 x 241 mm), at any Canada Post retail outlet. CPC-Ottawa accepts no responsibility for any passport lost in the mail.

- Complete the mailing label on one envelope showing your mailing address in the “Deliver To” field.
- Keep a tracking number sticker from each envelope.
- Fold and enclose the self-addressed envelope in the other envelope along with your passport(s) and a copy of this request letter.

If you do not submit a return prepaid Xpresspost envelope or if you provide an envelope from any other courier, we will return your passport by regular mail.

Now, I plan to send by FedEx from US East Coast. I have the following questions:

1. Do I need to purchase Pre-Paid FedEx return envelopes.
2. I have a friend in Canada. In that case, if they do not acknowledge FedEx courier to US, can I ask him to purchase Canada Post Xpress Pre-paid envelopes & send it to me. I can then send it as a return envelope.

Who else is RK6165? If no one, I am next... :

I am to RK6165. I got to know that when I added my newborn to the relevant application and got a response from him. Its been around 2 months now since I received my PER so for me and based on the work trend of RK6165 , I think I still need one month more until I receive any response from him.
