Hi EGYPT-BOY, Don't worry, you are still within the normal timelines. They usually take around 45 days from Medical Received to send the PPR. But lately this timeline got a bit longer and it might reach 50-60 days.

sure bas from which medical ...mine or my new born son.....my status was changed to medicals received at 7 march and my son performed medicals on 14 march ...and the status can not be changed as it is already written ....in addition is there a possibility for rejection at this stage?? and wha is meant by final review?

One of my friends who has his application in Delhi VO applied on Sep 4. He never got PER so he emailed CIC which informed him that his file is in Delhi. Last week he directly got PPR. He has not yet received MR, PCC or RPRF request.

He has sent his passport through VFS to Delhi VO on Thursday so we will find that out soon.....

I think it is a mistake from Delhi VO....

He forwarded his email to me and it doesn't look scam to me.....

@diplo: do u remember this?

Delhi VO emailed my friend that PPR was a mistake... ::) ::)

Hello all,
My timelines are as follows:

Application Received by Central Intake Office Sydney, Nova Scotia: Aug 11 2014
Positive Determination of Eligibility to be Processed email from Central Intake Office: November 30 2014
Additional Documents requested by CPC-Ottawa via email: January 21 2015
Additional Supporting Documents emailed and also sent via DHL to CPC-Ottawa: March 11 2015 (email sent with attachments) March 12 2015 (Documents delivered to CPC-Ottawa)

I have not heard back anything since then. Also, when I check my status online I only see one line:

1. Processing (Your application was received on Aug 11 2014)

I have not observed any movement on my case.

Can anyone provide their insights. Should I contact CPC-Ottawa office? Has anyone experienced a similar situation?

Any feedback is much appreciated!

Diplomatru: They required additional documents to assess your eligibility as an officer was not able to reach a selection decision based on the information provided with initial application. If they clear you for further processing, you will receive RPRF, MR and (if applicable) PCC requests. Others' timelines will not give you a clear picture in regards to the prospects of your file, because each case is different. You can try contacting them, but bear in mind that they have a policy of not entertaining status update requests.

Docsaab: Thank you for your feedback. Yes, the CPC-Ottawa office had requested additional documentation regarding my work, pay-stubs, tax documents and contract agreements (since I was working as consultant contractor). Do you recorded I patiently await for the next communication from CPC-Ottawa office? I had decided to wait until end of May and if I don't get a response from CPC-Ottawa office to reach out them regarding my case.

at this stage, the refusal could be on security check, so if you don't have any security issues then wait for your turn and that's it

Good Morning

My status was changed to DM yesterday :)
I am just wondering how long it takes to receive COPR letter? I come from a visa exempt country and planning a trip to Europe in May.
Do they send it as a registered post and I have to sign for it?

I will appreciate your opinions and thank you in advance

lol actually i do not have any security issues we mesh ekhwan ....thank u very much

Ask Mikey. He received COPR in the same way you will.

Good morning to all... and to CPC-O in particular! may the odd of getting MR be to our favor ;D

This time Canada Post didn't prove a smooth experience. I still have no tracking information other than "processed at Mississauga gateway on 04-13-2015". Had to give a call to CIC call centre and they acknowledged the receipt of the package on 04-14-2015 and that the mail room already dispatched it to RFV location. So, keep that in mind in regards to the return trackers and check your mailboxes regularly.
